A Pinot Noir from Burgundy with such great finesse that it was selected as one of the 100 Great Wines of 2002 by Decanter Magazine. Domaine Parent is one of the best producers in Pommard and Corton.
Garnet red color. A beautiful nose with cherry, berry and lightly-toasted spice aromas. Well-balanced strength and elegance with supple, jammy strawberry and cherry flavors. Great finish. Can keep for 3 to 5 more years. Serve with cold cuts, pork, sausage, braised ham, and goat cheeses.
