Super Tuscan blend of 75% Sangiovese and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. On the nose you will find lovely spices and earth. It is an active wine, for sure with layers of aroma and flavor components. The fruit has cherry, black-raspberry like qualities in addition to great structure with firm yet silky tannins. With this blend of 75% Sangiovese/ 25% Cabernet Sauvignon It is like bottling California and Italy together.
With the release of this 2004 Asante sana, we begin our “Wild Animal” labels. Each year we will feature a different animal. The first year we are featuring the mighty leopard watermarked on the label. We think they are destined to become collector’s items. Only 530 cases produced.
