Pride Party for All - Friday, July 18th, 3 - 10 pm

Join in the fun as we kick off the San Diego Pride festivities at Tango Wine with a great tasting! Our Hall Pass Friday will be in full force and from 3 - 10:00 pm. Your $20 Hall Pass takes you on a tasting journey through as many of our featured wines and sparklings as you would like to try. Diversity is everyone so join in and have some fun. From 5 - 6:30 your Hall Pass will also include a slice of Pizza and some cheese. Join us and be fabulous! We will also be featuring wines by the glass and no corkage fee on any bottles purchased at Tango!

I Love Argentina Wine Night! 5 great wines for $10
Saturday, July 19th 2 - 9 pm

We will be pouring wines from Argentina this coming Saturday with all the varietals we can find. So whether you are red or white we will have a flight ready for you. Come on in and taste a Bonarda or a Torrontes as well as the traditional Malbecs and more. Per usual there is no corkage fee at Tango so feel free to bring in friends and open a bottle or two at our great retail prices or enjoy a glass of any of our featured wines for only $5.

Wine Tasting Events Casa Lapostolle

Casa Lapostolle (Chile) Tasting; Thursday, July 24th: 6:30 - 8:00 (7 wines)

Jose (legs not shown) recently visited Casa Lapostolle and will be leading this wine tasting through one of Chile's finest vineyards. Casa Lapostolle was founded by the Marnier Lapostolle family (known for liqueur Grand Marnier) from France and the Rabat family from Chile in 1994. We will be tasting Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot in this 7 wines and light fare for only $15. Our tastings have been selling out alot so reserve early -- Register Now

Taste of Spain Wine Event

Taste of Spain Saturday, August 2nd: 6 - 8 pm

What a year for Spain - Wimbledon, Euro Cup and now a tasting event at Tango! Join us the first Saturday of August for this Spanish wine tasting and education for only $15. Did you know that Grapes are the third biggest crop in Spain? Ok, name the first two: cereals and olives. Matt will be taking you on this wine journey featuring great wines (without the Captain Crunch) and Olives from Spain accompanied by some great wine facts and light fare.

Saturday Afternoon Spanish Lessons Start in August

The Tango gang is once again headed down to Argentina this fall and this time want to be able to find our way back to Recoleta (Buenos Aires) without calling a life line. So start saving your Saturday afternoons in August and September as we will be offering up some fun Spanish lessons. This is not your typical hola and will focus on the basics in life like how to order wine and food. Yes, you can come and laugh as well.
