Shopping Challenge: Taking on the over-priced wines!

What and who determines a wine's cult status? Are these California wines representative of something cutting edge, or are they just pretentious leaders of the masses? Is it really just a brilliant marketing scheme or are these wines really worth the reputation and price tag? Join Lindsay of The Wine Smarties as we blind test this wine against separate (and equal?) competitors to unveil who really reigns supreme!

This is a great way to shop for the holidays! I know that as the weather gets colder, we are all looking for some cutting edge reds to snuggle up with, or to give as gifts. This is a great way to try before you buy and develop your own opinions on some of the world's hottest wines!

Event will take place with The Wine Smarties on Tuesday, December 19th from 6-8:30pm. Cost is $30 if you pre-register or $35 at the door!

Friday, December 22nd: 4 - 8pm - 3 for $5 wine tastings. Enjoy 3 selected wines for $5 and after that all wines tasted are $5 per glass. Stop by on your way home from downtown for some nice wines and bonus --- you can grab some last minute holiday wine gifts! No reservations necessary and we look forward to seeing you.

Saturday, December 23rd: 3 - 6pm - Select wines $3 and $5 per glass or no corkage fee if you would like a bottle. Stop by while you are shopping or picking up someone from at the aiprot. Sunday, December 24th: 3 - 5pm - Same as Saturday, different hours. Select wines $3 and $5 per glass or no corkage fee if you would like a bottle.
